unclear cleaning policynegative response
I found two aspects particularly disappointing. The room cleaning policy was not clearly communicated upon arrival. I had to request cleaning a day in advance. The staff mentioned that the rooms would be cleaned by request only, relying on flyers in the room. the response was negative when I asked for the same-day cleaning and the staff told me they were too busy.

The location of this hotel is perfect. I found the nearby metro station very accessible. It made getting around the city easy. My room was very spacious and clean, and I appreciated the modern design. I upgraded to a harbor view and it was lovely. I saw water everywhere from my room. they gave a discount for the restaurant.
The entrance to the hotel is below ground level. It was not a pleasant experince due to the steps. I would like to have direct access to the road.
